    Our Development Team may request crash reports from your device when troubleshooting issues. To generate a crash report and send it to us, please following the instructions below:
    1. Sync your device with iTunes on your desktop.
    2. After syncing, check for crash logs -- a location for each operating system is listed below.
    3. Look for files starting with iteleport*.

    Windows 10 / 7 / Vista C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\
