RealVNC password-based authentication

If you are using RealVNC, and receive an error saying that the "server did not support VNC password-based authentication", you need to do the following:

1. Doubleclick the RealVNC statusbar icon
   
   
2. Set Encryption to Prefer On
   
   
3. Set Authentication to VNC Password
   
   
   
   
4. Make sure that the iTeleport and RealVNC passwords match

That should fix the problem.  At this time, iTeleport does not support RealVNC's proprietary encryption and authentication methods. However, you can use SSH encryption with iTeleport by following these steps.
