'Authentication Failed' — how do I fix this?

This error indicates that the password entered in iTeleport does not match the password entered in your VNC server. To fix this:

  1. Double click the TightVNC icon in the system tray to open the TightVNC Server properties window.

  2. Enter a new password in the Primary password field.

  3. Enter this same password in the server settings of the computer you'd like to connect to in iTeleport.

You should now be able to connect to your computer.
