Resetting Jaadu VNC Connect Servers

If Jaadu VNC Connect shows "Sharing On", and iTeleport has a blue-colored server that's not connecting, then the server needs to be re-discovered. Please do this:

  1. In iTeleport, tap the blue arrow next to your computer name, and then Delete Server

  2. Once the server has been deleted, quit iTeleport (do not skip this step)

  3. Make sure you're connected to the same WiFi network as your computer running Jaadu VNC Connect, and that it shows Sharing On

  4. Restart iTeleport on your iPhone / iPod touch

  5. You should see a blue server in the Discovered Servers section -- save it

  6. Now try connecting again by tapping the blue server

  7. When you switch to 3G/EDGE or a different WiFi network, the server should show up in light-blue, and should still connect
