iTeleport Connect is a free application for Windows and Mac that simplifies the process of accessing your computer using iTeleport from anywhere (using 3G, EDGE, or WiFi).  Here's how.

Make sure you've followed the setup instructions for Windows or Mac (for iPhone), or Windows or Mac (for iPad), to configure your computer before using iTeleport Connect.

Both versions have a Copy Log button, which you should use to copy the log and paste it in your emails when you ask for support.

If you find any problems, please let us know, and we will try our best to fix them.

If this doesn't work, you can uninstall iTeleport Connect, and try the manual setup guide, which is more likely to work, although it's a bit more complicated to set up.
