Help Improve iTeleport

We're constantly working at iTeleport to improve the product experience and make it more useful.  We need your help to do that: the way you use iTeleport tells us a lot about how we need to improve it in the future.  With the latest release of iTeleport Connect, we're asking you to help us improve iTeleport by providing us anonymized usage data.

We take privacy very seriously at iTeleport.  We know that your data is really important to you (it's important to us too!).  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

What sort of data will iTeleport collect?

  • Currently, what we collect may include: the names of applications that you access with iTeleport and the time of day used.
  • All data is anonymized.

What are you going to use the data for?

  • We're going to use the data to make iTeleport a better product.  That's it.
  • We'll never share your data with anyone.  Ever.

How do I change my privacy settings?

  • By default, your usage data is not shared with us.  It's opt-in only.
  • If you'd like to opt-out later, you can change the setting by opening iTeleport Connect on your Mac/PC, clicking "Advanced Settings" and unchecking the "Enable anonymized data collection" checkbox.
