iTeleport Connect Troubleshooting
  1. Make sure you're running a VNC server, and if you want your connection encrypted, make sure you're running an SSH server too.
  2. If your computer shows up online in iTeleport's Internet tab, yet the connection doesn't go through, send us an email and let us help you.  To give us the information we need to help you, in iTeleport Connect on your computer, go to the Log page and click the Save Log To File button, and then attach that file in your email to us.
